Focus. Values. Vision.
At Centric, we value each day for the privilege of helping others to achieve a better quality of life. We invite you to learn more about the philosophy, vision and commitment of our team and welcome inquiries from both healthcare and nursing professionals regarding employment with our organization.
We focus on providing patient-centered health management services to individuals with unique and rare chronic disorders. Our goal is to effectively manage high costing chronic conditions and give our customers the highest level of supported self-care available.
Simply put, we are here to make a difference in the lives of people who, each day, face the rigors of a rare, chronic condition. These demands have complex medical and social implications. We understand these issues. And we have brought together a group of caring partners with specialized skills and unmatched resources.
Our values are summarized best by the following statement: “As you enter this place of work, please choose to make today a great day. Your colleagues, customers, team members and you, yourself will be thankful. Find ways to play. We can be serious about our work without being serious about ourselves. Stay focused in order to be present when customers and team members most need you. And should you feel your energy lapsing try is surefire remedy: find someone who needs a helping hand, a word of support, or a good ear and make their day.” *
